Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use bookrate.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Who We Are

Bookrate Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Bookrate Tree Service does not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider, never by Bookrate Tree Service.

Connections Are Not Endorsements

When we connect you with a provider, that is not an endorsement. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information Only

What you read on this site is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so something that fits one situation may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about yours.

About Costs

Any prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices depend on the job, your location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before work begins.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Fallen trees and tree work can involve power lines, falling wood, and damaged structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Bookrate Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
